Seeking career advisory or thinking of a career switch? Searching for a job can be challenging. NTUC’s e2i (Employment and Employability Institute) is here to support you in your career journey, at each stage of your life. Our career coaches will first assess job readiness of job seekers based on their experience, career goals, strengths and skill gaps. Next, career coaches will work with you to prepare your pitch via an effective resume and level up your interview competency. Where applicable, our career coaches will identify the relevant skills needed for the job you are hoping to secure and recommend steps to deepen the skillsets. e2i will work with you, to strategise and prioritise your next move, and provide relevant market information to support your job search and employability. e2i career coaches will also do back-end referrals and recommend events for you to attend to up the chances of landing you in a good job.
